  1. Combine the eggs, cream, and dill in a mixing bowl.

  4. Crumble the smoked salmon coarsely.
  5. Melt in the butterr in a Big pan over medium-high heat. When the butter has melted, toss in the scallions and cook for a minute. 
  6. Add the egg mixture and cook, constantly stirring, for 60 to 90 seconds, or until the eggs are halfway set. 
  7. Stirring constantly while heating, add the smoked salmon and chèvre, and cook until the eggs are set.
